There are many places that are not highly adaptable to solar so, of course, a pass is necessary and required. The states previously mentioned all have an abundance of sunshine (excluding Oregon and Washington). These states also are experiencing the greatest long-term drought in history. Another example where some type of meta-cognition appears to be absent is how the Western United States has been on fire for the last three months of this past Summer on into the Fall, with 1000s of families losing their life’s homes, belongings, memories, and in some cases life. Again the meta-awareness? And yes, the unprecedented flooding and hurricane season. There is hope as we will soon see!
